Chicago's Visitor Information Centers are conveniently located in two of the city's most popular areas. Left: The Chicago Water Works Visitor Information Center is located in the Historic Water Tower buidling, just off of the Magnificent Mile. Right: The Chicago Cultural Center Visitor Information Center is located in the Loop.

Monday - Thursday: 8 am - 7 pm
Friday: 8 am - 6 pm
Saturday: 9 am - 6 pm
Sunday: 10 am - 6 pm
Holidays: 10 am - 4 pm
Closed Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and New Year's Day.
Additional Amenities: The newly enhanced Water Works Visitor Center is now home to First Slice Pie Cafe, where visitors can grab a slice of pizza, sandwiches, soups, salads and their signature homemade pie; a Hot Tix outpost that offers half price tickets to more than 200 local theater shows; and a Chicago Public Library satellite location, with a small Chicago reference collection and circulation services for library card holders.
